02 — Coordination

Channels work better when they're in the same room.

Most brands at $20M+ run Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO across three different vendors. Each one is fine in their own lane. None of them talk to each other. Your Director becomes the translator and the referee. We run all three under one team. That structure is what produces fewer meetings, channels in sync, and no finger-pointing when attribution breaks.

Not a fiduciary. We act like one anyway.

We spend your budget the way we'd spend our own. We don't waste energy on things we wouldn't do in our own business. Yes, we own ecommerce businesses ourselves. Three structural choices back it up:

Month-to-month

No annual lock-in.

Every retainer is month-to-month. No renewal awkwardness, no contract incentive to coast. We earn the business each month, or we don't have it.

Flat retainer

No percentage of ad spend.

Most agencies take 10-15% of media spend, which makes growing your budget profitable for them whether or not it grows your business. We don't. We set a soft cap with you upfront until meaningful growth justifies a conversation.

No hype cycle

Fundamentals over exotic tactics.

Most SEO agencies sell on exotic tactics. Lock you into a 6-month minimum. Deliver activity that fills reports but doesn't ship results. We work the fundamentals - technical, content, links earned through quality. No shortcuts. The work doesn't sparkle. It compounds.

Also gone: surprise invoices, nickel-and-diming, upsells you don't need, bait-and-switch teams. We removed everything we hated about agencies.

04 — Tag-Team Format

The team who starts on your account stays on it.

Two senior strategists per engagement. The account strategist owns the relationship and the cross-channel decisions. The channel strategist (media buyer or SEO lead) runs the day-to-day inside the platform.

No handoffs. No layers. The people doing the work are the people you talk to.

No junior tier. No exceptions.

We don't hire below ten years of experience in a channel. No associates. No account managers learning on your business.

No creative

You bring the creative.

We don't produce videos, images, email designs, or written content. We provide analytical feedback to your creative team on what is and isn't working.

No dev

We don't build sites.

We work alongside your dev partner. We implement what runs through your CMS: redirects, title tags, metadata, on-page edits. Theme code and site speed implementations stay with your developer. We don't touch the code repo.

No spread

We don't run every channel.

Three services: Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO + AEO. That's it.
